Leadership and Management.
I have had several experiences in my career to see that unless the top leaders in a company drive change, the company will lack change. Everytime I have seen change, it has always come from the top. Likewise, everytime I have seen decay, it also has begun from the top. This tells me the importance of having a solid and ethical leadership at the top, and the good percolated down automatically…
